1. Free Ad Postings
During our current Launching Offer period, all advertisement postings on ABC Ads are available free of charge. As no payment is collected for standard listings, no refund is applicable for these ads.
Users may submit, edit, or remove their free ads at any time through their account dashboard without any charges or penalties.
2. Paid & Premium Services
When ABC Ads introduces paid plans, featured listings, or premium placements, the following terms will apply:
- Payments are accepted via secure online payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, Cards).
- All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST.
- A confirmation receipt will be sent to the registered email address after a successful payment.
- Paid services become active immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
3. Ad Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel or remove any ad they have posted at any time by logging into their account. The following rules apply:
- Free Ads: Can be deleted or deactivated instantly with no consequence.
- Paid / Featured Ads: Cancellation is permitted, but refunds are subject to the timeline specified in Section 4 below.
- Ads that violate our Terms of Use may be cancelled by ABC Ads without prior notice or refund.
- Cancellation requests for paid services must be submitted via email to our support team.
4. Refund Policy
We process refund requests based on the following timeline from the date of payment:
Within 24 hrsFull refund applicable if the service has not been activated or the ad has not gone live.
24 – 72 hrs50% refund applicable if the ad is live but the user requests cancellation due to valid reasons.
After 72 hrsNo refund will be issued once 72 hours have elapsed from the date of payment and the ad is live.
Payment ErrorIf payment was deducted but the service was not activated, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Cases: Payments made for ads that were removed due to policy violations, fraudulent content, or misrepresentation are non-refundable under any circumstance.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at our contact address with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Ad ID]”
- Include your registered mobile number, transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
6. Subscription & Auto-Renewal
If ABC Ads introduces subscription-based plans in the future:
- Subscriptions will be billed on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at the time of purchase.
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- Cancellation after billing has occurred will not entitle the user to a refund for the current active period.
- Auto-renewal can be disabled from your account settings at any time.
7. Platform Disclaimer
ABC Ads serves solely as an advertising platform. We do not facilitate or mediate transactions between buyers and sellers. Any disputes, financial losses, or issues arising from deals conducted between advertisers and users are outside the scope of this policy.
